    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I support this amendment because it also clarifies the question of what can be done as far as the matter of climate change is concerned. Although I had an issue, we have already passed it. We have had strong legislations in the past like the Environmental Management and Coordination Act (EMCA). However, they have not been effectively implemented. So, the mechanism for making this work is important. Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman."
