    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 26 and substituting therefor the following new clause─. “(26) (1) There is hereby established the Climate Change Fund, which shall be a financing mechanism for priority climate change actions and interventions approved by the Council. (2) The Fund shall be vested in the National Treasury. (3) There shall be paid into the fund─ (a) monies appropriated from the Consolidated Fund by an Act of Parliament; The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
