    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, when I explained the hon. Member for Bundalangi was not there. Basically, there was formation of a new parastatal with a CEO and a Board. So, we have decided, in line with the need to reduce the number of public institutions, to form a Directorate of Climate Change under the Ministry of Environment, Water and Natural Resources that is going to be the Secretariat to the Council on Climate Change, that will be chaired by the President."
