    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, when I look at the procedure as detailed in the First Schedule, at the end of the day, it is even possible for us to get commissioners from one region or community. It is only after we amend this Bill that we can accommodate everybody. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we want to have a fair election. We want to have an election next year which we can believe in. We do not want anything in this Bill that will deny us a chance to have a competitive election. We want to elect a President that we can believe in. We want to take our time as we look at this Bill so that we do not make mistakes. With those few remarks, I beg to support the Bill with amendments which will be raised at Committee Stage."
