    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, when you look at this Constitution, it really entrenches the freedoms and rights of the citizens of this country. The Bill of Rights, for example, is the longest, most elaborate and incisive. It deals with the rights of the people. I think the administrators in this country should be careful because they still think that they are the bosses. They still order the wananchi around. I would like to make sure that they are considered in some of those things when it comes to appointing the members of the Commission."
