    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, I stand on the same Standing Order No.227(1). First, I want to thank you because you have come back from Mombasa with a lot of vigour. I want to tell you that your name in this country was getting tainted. This is because Standing Order No.227 stipulates very clearly that 60 days is the mandatory period within which we have to get an answer to a petitioner. Members of Parliament do not bring petitions to Parliament on their own behalf; they do it on behalf of people who are out there. I want to draw your attention to the reason why you were getting a bad name.
