    "content": "hon. Kemei’s Petition has raised. As you have heard, hon. Eseli proposes that he may be introducing some amendments to the Report although he has not showed me what amendments he wishes to propose with regard to that Motion for the privatisation of the various sugar companies. Nevertheless, hon. Kemei is still within his powers and rights to bring in that Petition. This Order does not specifically address the issues that he has raised. Hon. Eseli wishes to broaden the contents of the recommendations of the Report. Perhaps, we can see whether the Petition will still be necessary. The Committee can still come up and say that the issues you raised were considered in the Report adopted by the House on this date. That is still a report and that fact will be made to the Petitioners."
