Speaker, if you may indulge me, my suggestion was that given the gravity of the matter, could we invoke the Standing Orders and adjourn debate on this Motion, so that the Petition of hon. Justice Kemei is prosecuted fully? This is because Miwani Sugar factory has got no machinery. There is basically land. Therefore, what we are talking about is basically transferring land. The issue of land is so critical that it needs to be dispensed with before we can discuss the substance of this Motion."
