Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, pursuant to Article 245(1) of the Constitution, this House adopts the Joint Report of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security of the National Assembly and the Standing Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations of the Senate on the Vetting of the nominee for the position of Inspector General of Police laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 3rd March 2015 and approves the appointment of Mr. Joseph Kipchirchir Boinett as the Inspector General of Police."
