    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, for giving me the opportunity to once again contribute to such an important Report. We, the citizens of this country, need to be told the truth even though sometimes the truth can be bitter. I appreciate the work that this Committee has done. I have gone through this Report. I have looked at the summary as well as the voluminous Reports that have been tabled. It is mind boggling for somebody to understand all these figures. The truth of the matter is that facts have been laid on the Table. These facts point to the level of misappropriation, corruption and things being hidden behind curtains. It is unfair because people are not being told the truth. Therefore, I commend the Chair of this Committee, hon. Ababu Namwamba, who has tabled this Report."
