Temporary Deputy Speaker, what has been said in this Report is that about 98.43 per cent of the information provided to the Committee by the Ministries is either misleading or incomplete. What are we saying? We are saying that a large proportion of the revenue that has been collected has not been accounted for, and is not there. This Committee has had the brave task of bringing the matter to the Floor of this House. Therefore, it is important for us to recognize the work and the hours that this Committee has put into this Report."
