    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to also join other hon. Members. I took a bit of time to read this Report and I cherish it. It reflected on what we have been thinking that should be done by this House. First, I want to congratulate the Members of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) and its Chairman, hon. Ababu Namwamba for the good work they have done. This Report is an example for other Members of Parliament who are in different committees on the need to work hard so that we can bring out the records of what is happening in the Ministries and what is supposed to have been done. This Report has indicated a lot of things for us to note as a House and we want to use this Report as a base for us to work to bring an effective working environment in our Government."
