I want to invite this honourable House, the media and the Kenyan public to look at these Reports with a toothpick. They will discover that PAC fulfilled its mandate with honour, commitment and absolute fidelity to the best interest of the people of Kenya. We have said it as it is and as it ought to be said. We have meant what we have said here and we have said exactly what we have meant. On all the big issues, from confidential expenditure, unsupported expenditure, poor imprest control, poor record keeping, Anglo Leasing to KenRen, we have told the people of Kenya as it is and as it should be told. So, as this House considers adopting these Reports, I invite them to take note of the fantastic findings and recommendations contained in these Reports. I also want to tell county governments that this is a moment for them to celebrate because they can expect more resources to be shared between the national Government and the county governments as required by Article 203(3) of our Constitution. We are now up to date. Let me put it on record that we have invited the Auditor-General to a meeting with this Committee where we warned him that the Committee has now cleared the entire backlog.
