Members, you must appreciate that because of the decision that this House took on the Report on the privatisation of the public sector owned/controlled sugar companies, the Committee has had to consult more. I am sure that is why preparations have not been made by the hon. Members to be in the House. Therefore, I order that the County Governments (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bill No. 2 of 2014) be deferred to the next sitting."
