    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I concur with Sen. Kembi-Gitura that the issue of impunity over land is not new to all of us. With your permission, I have had a few questions from a few other Members and I would like to request that you give our Committee one week so that we summon the Cabinet Secretary and the National Land Commission so that we can get to the bottom of this matter particularly as regards the stoppage of the work which is going on because I do not think I have the powers to issue such orders."
