    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, my point of order is in relation to what the distinguished Senator for Kirinyaga County, the Chairman of the Committee on Education, has said; that he is not here to give statements to please one or two people. Once a statement is sought, it becomes the property of this House. The fact that any particular individual Senator shows interest does not mean, he wants to be pleased. These are matters of national importance and we have a right and duty to follow. So, is it in order for the Chairman of the Committee on Education, who holds a position of privilege, to use extravagant, unhelpful and directionless language that does not in any way enhance the course of debate in this House?"
