"content": "asked Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security:- (a) whether he is aware that five people were killed in their respective homes near the 78 Tank Battalion Military Camp in Tigania East Constituency on Thursday 24th February, 2011 and, if so, what action has been taken to apprehend the armed criminals; (b) why the Government has failed to mop up illegal guns which are carried by herdsmen in Isiolo openly and have occasionally been used to kill innocent and unarmed citizens; and, (c) why the Government has discriminated against one community when issuing licences to carry fire arms within the grazing zones in Meru."
