Is the Assistant Minister in order to mislead this House by saying that he does not know that there are herdsmen who carry illegal firearms and yet, there are cases where the police have been able to arrest herdsmen in many places, including Mutito? They have been taken to court and charged for carrying illegal firearms. How do you describe such people when you say that you are not aware?"
