There must be a way. If you are not ready, we will have to ask the House to express itself in one way or another. We cannot have a Private Member’s Bill lined up for debate and the Member failing to be ready three months down the road. I am making this communication so that at least you also take your work seriously. We are determined to make sure that all the Bills awaiting consideration in Committee of the whole House should be finalised within the shortest time possible, of course, alongside those other Bills which have constitutional timelines. I saw many of you were not paying attention. The Public Audit Bill is again proposed to come up for consideration by a Committee of the whole House next week. Please, hon.
