    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to contribute on the matter before the House now on the issue of privatization of sugar industries. I come from the sugar belt area; I live it and I hear it every day. The value of those properties that is of potential benefit to our farmers is not the physical asset: It is the business that goes on this asset. It is important as a country that we evaluate why our business in sugar is not that good. The issue that has been mentioned of how sugar come from faraway lands to us shows us opportunities that we might be able to emulate. For companies like Mumias, this one is probably going along the same track."
