    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the hon. Member for Eldama Ravine did not understand me because, last week, I tabled the list of the people who were recruited as per districts. If he cared to look at that list carefully, he will find that people were recruited from across the country. Even his people were recruited. Actually, Mumias Sugar Company was looking for people with expertise and that is why they advertized those positions. The recruitment was very competitive. We had 3,000 applicants, 500 were shortlisted and 35 were picked from across the country. I have looked at the list with the Minister for Labour and it was quite fair. I even looked at the list of the current top management at Mumias Sugar Company and I found it to be very fair."
