I think this is a matter that we really need to look into. They have considered two positions for Mumias and yet it is the main supplier of raw materials and it is the one that provided land on which the company is built. How could the Assistant Minister allow the management of Mumias Sugar Company to hire only two management trainees from Mumias and yet that is where the main operation takes place?"
