    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to ask for a Ministerial Statement from the Minister for Foreign Affairs on the safety of Kenyans living in Sudan following the issuance of a warrant of arrest of the Sudanese President by the High Court in Nairobi on 28th November, 2011. In his Statement, I would like him to address the following issues. 1. What measures will the Government put in place to guarantee Kenyans living and working in Sudan on their safety? 2. I would like him to clarify whether our Government will be in a position to engage the Sudanese country leadership in agreements like the current DOHA and in bilateral and regional relations in view of the court order."
