    "content": "please let us remind ourselves that on Wednesday next week we expect continuous presence of at least two hours between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the minimum. Of course, we are not saying Members should go away after that. We are saying at the very minimum we need you for two hours on Wednesday so that we can constitute the necessary threshold for processing legislations especially ones that require voting by delegation.
