    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, to wind up, I want to congratulate the Senate. On issues of critical importance to the Senate and to our counties, we have always walked together in one accord. Issues of county boundaries affect all our counties; whether it is represented by Members from the CORD Coalition or Members from the Jubilee Coalition. I am sure that even as we process this Motion and as we urge Members to pass it, and even as we urge the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights to fast-track the process of coming up with a draft legislation, once we are done with it, we can work together in a bipartisan manner. It is in the interest of Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale and Sen. Sang that we can ascertain the boundary between Nandi and Kakamega counties so that we no longer have some of the border conflicts that we have witnessed in this country. I am sure it is the same between Meru and Isiolo counties, Kajiado and Machakos counties, Kitui and Tana River counties et cetera. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, with those remarks, I second this Motion and ask hon. Senators to support it. We need to up with a legislation that will give us a commission or a committee to review boundaries in our country. With those many remarks, I beg to second."
