    "content": "I am also concerned about Clause 3. Among the principles that are supposed to guide the new role is the promotion of local industry and sustainable development. This is a very crucial clause because we now have an opportune time to domesticate this role. Micro and small enterprises in this country play a very important role. According to the Micro and Small Enterprises Authority, 2012, the total employment in this country from this sector was 71 per cent. In terms of contribution to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), this sector contributed over 20 per cent."
