    "content": "I remember when the laptops project came up, Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) had offered to assemble the laptops here. In this procurement law and in the quota that we will be asking that we reserve, that is what we will be saying. If JKUAT can assemble laptops here there would be no reason to procure them from China. We should procure them from Kenya so that we can employ Kenyans and grow our country."
