    "content": "If we use this law well, it will help our country; it will help us to develop. As we support this Bill, we do so with amendments and with the vision that we have to deal with corruption, which has attached itself to the procurement system. Through this procurement law, the National Assembly needs to end the dance with corruption. Dancing with corruption is dangerous; it is injurious to our country. It just means that all of us remain backward; we remain a third world country when we can become a medium income country in the shortest time possible. I support the Bill and we will be proposing amendments."
