Temporary Deputy Speaker, I think that is where we shall have to come in because we shall have to recognise the statutes that govern those regulated professional services and have them incorporated. That way, even if we have the procurement officers overseeing the work, the professionals have to do their work. That is because they have professional liability and they have to answer to their actions already in the statutes.
