Some constituencies, like Mvita, are as small as seven square kilometres. Some like North Horr are as big as 38,962 kilometres and yet, all the constituencies are given the same amount of money. The diameter of the constituency from North to South is 80 kilometres. There are some constituencies whose diameter is less than two kilometres. What kind of thinking and reasoning informed that decision? Is it fair to the people of North Horr?"
