I think these are the fallacies that we really wanted to be considered when this law was actually approved. It is very categorical that my Ministry under KENHA will deal with Class âAâ, âBâ and âCâ roads. The Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) will deal with âDâ, âEâ and others. As I have indicated, indeed, it is not fair for such a road to be under the CRC. But we will see what we will be able to approve by way of emergency support."
