    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I wish to bring to the notice of the House that on the morning of Saturday, 14th February, 2015, hon. Philip Godana, a former Member of Parliament for Moyale who served from 1988 to 1992, was killed in his House in Syokimau, Machakos County. Four men broke into his House and executed him in front of his family, including his mother of 90 years.
