    "content": "Clauses 7, 8, 10, 14, 15, 25, 60, 68, and 72 of this Bill, in my opinion, fundamentally depart from the requirements of the Constitution. It is your duty to ensure that whatever we debate in this House is within the four corners of our Constitution. The Office of the Auditor-General is set out under Article 229 as an independent office. In this debate, without going into the merits or demerits, we are purporting to introduce foreign bodies like the one proposed under Clause 8 of the Bill."
