    "content": "Therefore, we need to give adequate time to the holder of this Office so that he is able to look at the issues of systemic corruption. Hon. Speaker, this Bill, in a way, seeks to limit the scope within which the policies of the Government can be questioned by the Auditor-General, I think part of the reason why we have lost a lot of monies as a country is because of the fact that some of those endemic corruption practices have been embedded in Government policy.
