    "content": "The contracts were drawn in secrecy and they were not known to people. They were only revealed much later when the deal had been done and the Republic of Kenya had lost money. Hon. Speaker, this one called “Chicken Gate” is more or less one that could be classified as “security”, so that people can get away with such a deal. We will only get to learn about them from foreign courts when, indeed, those things ought to have been discovered and prosecuted by us Kenyans."
