    "content": "Treasury. If he will audit the National Treasury, I do not think they will allow him the leeway to have a good budget for him to perform his duties. I think we should amend the Bill and have the Auditor-General bringing his budget straight to Parliament; we can even provide for a percentage of the national revenue to go to his budget, so that he can have independence.
