    "content": "Thirdly, and very importantly, is the fact that auditors, and you have seen that they are complaining--- One person mentioned that when they were asked to go and do audit in Narok, they said that they were not financially able to carry out the audit. Their budget is so constrained that the best thing is to have somebody advising on the kind of budget they will need. They will be advised accordingly. So, this Board, to me, is a very good body to be set up, so that we will be able to assist and advise the Auditor-General."
