    "content": "The other thing that I want to talk about is the administrative powers. The biggest problem that we have in this country is scandals. You can see now we have the “Chicken Gate” Scandal. We normally do not look at the integrity and values of some of the people whom we actually hire. The Auditor-General’s Office should have people with integrity. They should be people who cannot be compromised. They should be people with core values.
