    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise under Standing Order No.33 to seek the leave of the House, to move the adjournment of the Senate for the purposes of discussing the following issue as a definite matter of urgent national importance. The issue is the shutting down of NTV, QTV, Citizen Television and KTN stations, notwithstanding the Constitution of Kenya which establishes Kenya as a sovereign Republic based on foundational and essential values and principles of governance, including human rights, equality, freedom, democracy and non-discrimination."
