    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 2 of the Bill be amended in sub clause (b) in the definition of the word “Board” by deleting the words “Fertilizer Board of Kenya” and substituting therefor the words “Fertilizer and Animal Foodstuffs Board of Kenya”. Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, this amendment proposes to rename the proposed Fertilizer Board of Kenya to be the “Fertilizer and Animal Foodstuffs Board of Kenya”. This is because the Board is intended to regulate both fertilizers and animal foodstuffs."
