    "content": "This is a very simple amendment to the Crops Act, 2013 and we are inserting the words “bio-diversity” after the word “national” and substituting the word “bio-safety”. There have been concerns that we are not addressing food safety issues under the Crops Act. It is being proposed the authority does not just deal with issues of biodiversity, but also bio-safety. So, it is just an addition."
