Where a question has been asked and a Statement has been given to the person who has asked the question and it has not been read in the House for some time, what are we supposed to do? Would I be in order to propose that either the Statement is then sufficiently done because the person who asked the question has got the answer or we enforce that as soon as the Statement has been given to the questioner, as Sen (Dr.) Khalwale would say, we ask the person who gave the Statement to read it?"
