    "content": "(Sen. (Prof.) Kindiki): Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I think the intention of the Motion is to increase only the speaking time for Senators in an Adjournment Motion from 10 to 15 minutes. It is not proposed to interfere with what the previous resolution has been. The previous resolution has been that when you have an Adjournment Motion, it will proceed for two hours and if the adjournment sought is a very short adjournment, the speaking time should not exceed 30 minutes. So, I think those factors remain the same, except that a Senator has up to 15 minutes to speak. I do not think they have to exhaust the 15 minutes; it is just the maximum. When you have a short adjournment, it is hoped that the issues can be processed quickly; some can take two minutes, one minute or three minutes. So, you can have even 10 speakers within the 30 minutes."
