There are some which wanted to sit from 10.30 a.m. others at 11.00 a.m. others at 12.00 p.m. and others at 3.30 p.m. Since I am aware that they are considering budget proposals, those committees may proceed and the approvals will be ready in the next ten minutes when they can collect the orders .The Director of Committees is, hereby, informed accordingly to permit those meetings to take place."
