    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Kenyans as usual have a habit of forgetting very soon after an episode. We would like, as hon. Members, to keep this fire burning until we get the person who killed hon. Muchai and other hon. Members who have lost their lives through the same method. As hon. Members, we are not very secure because many of us have been threatened and when we report to the police, they do not investigate. It is high time they investigate all the cases of hon. Members who have shown concern as far as their security is concerned."
