    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I would like to join my other colleagues in sending my condolences to the late hon. Muchai’s family, the people of Kabete, the families of the two security guards and the driver. I also want to speak on my own experience as someone who has survived an assassination attempt in which six people were killed. I want to say here that we have a deficit in our country in terms of investigation and apprehension of criminals and terrorist attackers. Up to this moment, there has been no one who has been apprehended and brought to book for that attack.
