"content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I would like to join my colleagues. On behalf of the people of Mumias East Constituency, which I represent, and on behalf of my family and myself, I would like to convey my heartfelt condolences to the families of hon. Muchai, the two bodyguards and the driver, and to the people of Kabete for losing a Member who was to us, as the Majority side of Parliament, very co-operative, friendly and who made our work, as whips, very easy. The sergeant should then hand over in one week to an inspector who in turn should hand over in one week to a commissioner, so that a more experienced officer investigates—"
