    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I rise to second the Motion. The House Business Committee is a critical Committee as far as the smooth running of the business of this House is concerned. So, I am calling upon my colleagues to support this list. We did not have any changes. If you look at the list, it is the same team that was there the previous Session. The fact is that they already have experience and there is something called the “learning curve”, they have that advantage and we are not going to have the teething problems that were there initially. My only request is that as they move on, we would like them to prioritise some of the businesses, especially that which has constitutional timeframes, so that we are not time-barred. In terms of attendance, at times they are too busy but we call upon them to prioritise the House Business Committee. The success of this House, as far as its business is concerned, has a positive correlation to how this Committee works.
