    "content": "Parliament is the face of this country; we are the leadership and we are operating as a National Assembly. We are the highest level of leadership. I think it is good for us to display the best that Kenyans, including young children, would like to see. We are told we are doing things; unfortunately all we do here is shown on TV. Sometimes it is repeated and those who cannot watch news during the day watch it in the evening and in the morning when they wake up at 6.00 a.m. So, we must operate with decorum."
