"content": "committee shall be permitted and objections, if any, shall be formulated against the proposed membership as a whole.” This is just for clarity. You are asking the leadership that has moved this Motion to withdraw it. Unless that happens, a rejection must be a rejection of the entire list, so that then you can stay without business and you just go home. People cannot be here without business. That is the long and short of this Standing Order No.175 (2). So, you cannot oppose one name or a few names; you can only oppose the entire list. That is the long and short of it. So, hon. Members, I am willing to have you proceed to debate for as long as you desire to but, of course, Standing Order No. 49 (1) says: “(1) No Motion may be moved which is the same in substance as any question which has been resolved (either in the affirmative or in the negative) during the preceding six months in the same Session. It is therefore important so that the likes of hon. Mwaura are in the know that, that is what it means. Another Motion, the substance of which will be names, will not be moved in the next six months. So, you can plead with the leadership of the House to withdraw and maybe go and pray over it overnight. Nothing much can be done. Leader of Majority Party, do you have a point of order?"
